Nest Thermostat Suddenly can't find ANY wifi network. Are replacements still sent out?

Having issues with my Wi-Fi and tried all the troubleshooting steps. Anyone have any luck getting it to work?

I had same issue just the other day. Fixed it by removing the device using the app and reinstalled. A few hours later I got a battery low message. Put in new batteries, seems fine now. Try both?

I'm also having sudden connectivity issues. The agent I spoke with confirmed that we exhausted all troubleshooting items. they are sending me a replacement. It did take almost 2 hours on the phone, repeating the same troubleshooting steps I had already done.

@RandyPX, oh no! I'm sorry to hear that your Nest Thermostat can't find your network. Are you located in North America or Europe? What type of Nest Thermostat do you have? Also, to further check your Nest Thermostat's connectivity, connect it to a mobile hotspot, then let us know how it goes.
