Nest thermostat compatibility Pic

Hi Our New place have an old Honeywell round 1H/1C thermostat. Its hard to on/off and get temp setting straight. Was looking to have it replaced with a SMART thermostat. When checking the compatibility, it was suggested to post a picture. Please advise what would be the most compatibility with digital /wifi/smart for the below wiring config

Thanks for posting here in the Community forum and for showing interest in our Nest Thermostats. Are you located in North America or Europe? Also, to get a better understanding of how your thermostat wires are connected to your current thermostat, list them down, as the picture can't clearly tell.

Hi there,

Thanks for getting back to us, and I'm sorry for the late response. Fortunately, your thermostat wires are compatible with either the Nest Learning Thermostat 3rd generation or the Nest Thermostat E and should be wired to the Nest Thermostat base as follows:

Yellow wire to Y1
Green wire to G
Red wire to Rc or R
Black wire to OB

Also, here's a guide for the insatallation and setup of a Nest Learning Thermostat or Nest Thermostat E.
