Nest Learning Thermostat Compatibility

I would like to replace old Ruud mercury thermostat with Nest Learning Thermostat but the installation prompts state my unit is not compatible. Can someone review an image of my current thermostat wiring and advise ? Thanks!

Do not buy a google nest thermostat look elsewhere. It is trash because Google is more interested in punishing HomeKit Apple users than supporting its devices. The third generation as its most expensive thermostats is unsupported and no fix is in sight. Look elsewhere..

And could you send us a photo of how the thermostat wires are configured on your current thermostat so we could take a closer look? You may also use our Compatibility Checker to help you determine if a Nest Thermostat is compatible with your heating and cooling system.
