Thanks for posting in the Google Nest Community forum — I'd like to help. Could you please share with us the photo of the wires connected to your thermostat or in your system's control board? We can't access the link you posted. What is the make and model of your system? Also, in what country are you located?

It is a Honeywell danfoss tp5000. I don’t know how to upload pictures on here ..

No worries, please click this link then scroll down to your response and hit reply. Check for the camera icon or click the three horizontal dots to expand the toolbar. From there, you'll be able to reply and share a photo. Also, in what country are you located?

Hi there and thanks for reaching our Community. As long as you have Live and Neutral wires, everything should be fine. The installer should manage to do wiring according to the schematics from the guide in the box.
