My Nest will not stay charged and connect to the internet. It’s less than a year old with no problems until now. Woke up freezing this morning because my thermostat won’t work.

Thanks for letting us know. I'm sorry for the trouble this has caused you. I'd like to take a closer look at it. A few questions: what type of Nest Thermostat do you have? In what country are you located? Are there other devices connected to your Wi-Fi network that are working just fine? What are the messages or codes you received? Please go to your thermostat’s Technical Info and gather its power readout.
