Nest thermostat wire connecting issue

Nest thermostat setup process on google home tells me wires not compatible with nest. But when I check online tutorials it says they are compatible.
Existing Labels:

G Y W RH RC (RH & RC loop wire)

no heat pump

no 120/240 power

Thanks for reaching out to us, and I'm sorry to hear that your thermostat wires are being read as incompatible by the Google Home app. Are you located in North America or Europe? And what type of Nest Thermostat do you have? To take a closer look at this, could you send us a photo of your previous thermostat wiring configuration, a photo of how you connected the wires to your Nest Thermostat, and a screenshot of what you selected on the options at the time you were asked by the app which wires do you have?
