Nest Thermostat Sand Color

My Nest Thermostat sand color display is black but all images I see have sand color display, is there a setting for this? Or is the images I see on the box and online incorrect?

Hi DanoVH,

Uh-oh! Nest Thermostat 2020 in the color "sand" should be rosegold-like. If you receive a black display, that is not the sand color, as that is Nest Thermostat 2020 in the color "Charcoal." Where did you buy the thermostat? Have you reached out to the store where you bought it? If yes, how does it go?

The one I have is the "Sand" color, but it seems the image on the box & online is deceiving, it shows a sand color display when in actuality it's black. I can't upload pictures to show you, but I don't really care, I was just wondering if there was a setting to change it, but I can't find any, so it is what it is.
