Ciao, guys! Any one have an experience to install Nest Thermostat with Heat Link in Italia and replace CAME BPT TH/350. It has only 2 wires configuration without the neutral wire. Looks like I can connect C to L and NO to 3 but I'm not sure. Is it possible to leave L and N connections in Heat Link without any wires and has only 2 and 3 connected? Thanks for the answer. Cheers, ciao, ciao!

Thanks for reaching out to us here @ColnagoRider . I would be happy to try and assist.

The Heat Link requires high voltage delivered to the N/L terminals to function. So those connections are not optional. The rest of the setup will depend on the system at the location. If you are unsure it would be best to get in touch with a local installer or check if there are any Nest Pro installers available in your area by using our Nest Pro finder.
