ECO INTERFERES WITH MY COMFORT SETTINGS

HELP!!

How do I override or disable the ECO function. Regardless what I set the thermostat at for comfort, ECO intervenes and resets the thermostat fequently to a setting that is very uncomfortable.

@Jim007, yikes! I'm sorry to hear that your Eco intervenes and resets the thermostat fequently to a setting that is very uncomfortable regardless the temperature you've set the thermostat to. Are you located in North America or Europe? Since you have the Nest Thermostat 2020, follow this:

Open the Google Home app.
Tap Favorites or Devices
Touch and hold your thermostat's tile.
Tap Settings.
Select the day of the week you want, then tap Eco.
Tap the plus or minus sign next to the temperature you want to adjust.
Change the start time if needed.
Tap Save.
