      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ordered a nest Thermostat&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;9 Nov 2023 direct from store.google.com.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It will not connected wirelessly to the Heatlink.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Support case opened 2 days ago, support wouldn't help as they were US specialist not UK. Advised I would be contacted within 24 hours.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No contact attempted.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;New cases opened using chat and call - chat stopped responding, call ended after 15 minutes on hold.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Terrible service, no options to escalate complaint.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
