Hi does anyone know if you can talk to an actual person for technical support now that Nest has been taken over by Google?? Google sucks literally!! worst, you can't reach a person to talk to, chat, or even send an email for any type of service whatsoever! They should be ashamed of themselves! Before Nest merging with Google they were fabulous! I was able to speak to someone with technical support who helped fix a previous issue with no problem. Now with Google, it's a ghost town all their numbers are no longer in service! total crap! I'm pretty sure they can afford to pay staff for some live-person tech support how cheap! My thermostat is offline and I've tried all of their troubleshooting measures online nothing works.
