Trying determine whether Nest thermostat is compatible with my Carrier heat pump. I would like to upload an photo of my thermostat wiring, but got an error message saying I don’t have permission

I should have asked specifically whether anyone could advise how I add a photo. Also, details about my system are that I have a carrier heat pump with a built in dehumidifier function. I have looked at the wiring possibilities on the app and do not see any for a dehumidifier function.
thanks for your help. If anyone can tell me how to post a photo I will be happy to do that.
