Cannot get the free nest power connector

Hello,

My home heating system doesn’t have C wires for the thermostat. Earlier I ordered a Nest Thermostat to use for 1 of the zones of my heating (actually I had two, the other one is for my cooling but it does have the C wire)

At that time I ordered and received a free Power Connector, which I used to set up my thermostat and everything worked great.

This year I bought another one to use for another zone of my heating system, the thermostat is new, sealed and wrapped properly from PECO (my utility company).

Similar to last time, I was prompted by the app to get a free Nest power connector, however, when I tried to buy the connector from the store, I got an error message “promote code already redeemed”. I tried clearing my browser cache and everything but nothing seems to work

can someone please help me claim my power connector?
