Nest thermostat stuck in setup

lost connection to WiFi

then connection to heat link

Did a hard reset

Now it’s stuck in setup , at equipment stage thermostat will not find heat link

I have done a total re-wire and reset

Tried everything but still same issue

The nest is only a year old I’ve had no issues up to this point

terrible customer service google , I’d like to escalate a formal complaint

The response has been very poor and you keep demanding information of which I have already given and say the serial number given is incorrect yet I’ve provided photos proving it isn’t

can you explain what’s going on
