Promo code for Nest power connector

I am trying to get the power connector, but it keeps asking for the Promo Code. I have read the previous posts and there is no upper right add button on the home app and no way to find the promo code.

Hi towcar,

Uh-oh! There are two ways to get a Nest Power Connector promotion. First is via email where customers who install a Nest thermostat and receive error C Wire required, N260, or N261 are eligible for a Nest Power Connector at no additional charge. If they receive one of the mentioned errors, they get an email with the promotional offer. And via Google Home app where customers who install a Nest Thermostat (2020) may receive a message during the wiring compatibility check or “Testing your power” step in the installation process that they need a Nest Power Connector to complete setup. The app gives them a link that allows them to order a Nest Power Connector from the Google Store at no additional charge.

Are you located in North America or Europe? And could you send us a screenshot of the Google Home app where you're trying to find the QR code?
