Any idea why the Nest heating keeps switching itself on at 2am?

Am having huge issues with this, not impressed at all with the Nest so far.

Hi yes, schedule is set from 6pm-10pm. It’s really frustrating me now.

I assume nothing else in there at all, just those settings?

What is the emergency setting set to?

hi so I’ve got safety set at 3 degrees and eco at 5.

my schedule is set daily 6am to 8am then 6-10pm.

Also other settings are off, ie auto schedule, true radiant, home assist

Are you certain it turns on at exactly 2AM each night? Possibly the temperature maybe has lowered to your set temperature? Maybe set to lower temperature and see what happens.

There could be several reasons why it's switching on at 2 a.m. or 4 a.m. First, I suggest checking the thermostat settings and schedule to ensure there are no unintentional adjustments or programming issues. Additionally, make sure that the thermostat's software is up to date, as updates may address bugs or glitches.

If the issue persists, it could be related to Routines. Check the Google Home app and remove all the thermostat actions available.
