Hello everyone, I have a Viessman gas boiler and I would like to install the Nest connected thermostat with the Heatlink box. everything seems to be going well but after a few minutes of starting my boiler indicates a bC fault which corresponds to “absence of thermostat”. Have you ever observed this same problem? If so, I'm interested in a solution. THANKS

Thanks for reaching out to us here @Cdric59570 . I am sorry to hear you are having difficulties with the system. While our thermostats are compatible with most common systems in the EU region, some boilers have proprietary control systems, where only their own brand of thermostat works. It is possible that yours is such a model.

I would recommend you contact the manufacturer first, to see what they advise.

Good evening and thank you for your feedback. Indeed I think that this model requires an exclusive thermostat. Too bad, but I’m still going to seek the advice of a Viessmann expert. Thank you again and very happy holiday season
