I always have to wake up cold at night to turn the heat back up

Hi I set my heat to 73 it heats up my place then it shoots back down to 62 in the middle of the night…help I’m soo tired of waking up every night to turn this back up myself ; when I would like an to keep the heat fan on all night, or maintain the temp correctly automatically

A couple of questions/ideas

Have you got a schedule set up with a temp set over night?
Do you have auto-schedule turned on? Some people don't like it editing the schedule as it will put lower temps overnight to save energy. https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9209007?hl=en&ref_topic=9361874&sjid=12197689644841782540-EU
