    <description>&lt;P&gt;You should be able to manually charge it. Pull it off it's base and you should see a micro USB plug on the back. Plug it in for .5 - 2 hours and you should be good to go again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes did that now it says not connected to power and the fan on my system is constantly running&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Are you located in North America or Europe? Gather the power readouts of &lt;STRONG&gt;Battery, VOC, VIN, and lIN&lt;/STRONG&gt; your Nest Thermostat by going to its &lt;STRONG&gt;Settings &amp;gt; Technical Info &amp;gt; Power.&lt;/STRONG&gt; Also, kindly remove the thermostat from its base, then check if the fan will turn on or stay on.&lt;/P&gt;
