    <description>&lt;P&gt;Since just before Xmas, my 2nd Gen thermostat has been intermittently disconnecting then re-connecting to my wifi hub/router and at other times my Nest app shows the thermosts as being Offline, then eventually reconnects itself.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We've had the heating (which is set up for twice a day in schedule) coming on at random times, and also putting room temp up way above limits set.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have rebooted the wifi hub, done restart on the thermostat settings, reconnect to wifi on thermostat, pretty much everything I ca think of, except factory reset the thermostat. Have a heat link as we are in UK and rebooted that too.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Help!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
