Unable to pair nest thermostate

hi no matter what I do the Stat will not talk or pair with the controller, it did it once and will not do it no matter of the distance

You need more information that that I'm afraid.

Country - Model number - How did you try to pair, etc.?

Have you searched on here for any ideas?
