Thermostat Changing

I have to keep changing the temperature on my second Nest thermostat upstairs. it is set to 69 and changes to 63. Fan on display is moving. Wintertime a major problem. How do I get help or reach customer service.

Thanks for checking it with us. I'd like to know more about it. A few questions: what type of Nest Thermostat do you have? In what country are you located? When did the issue start? Do you have an existing temperature schedule? Checking your thermostat's Energy History will tell you what your thermostat was doing previously. Also, gather and share with us your thermostat's power reading.

Go to your thermostat Quick View menu.
Go to Settings.
Look for Technical Info.
Select Power.

Nest Thermostat 2020:

Open the Google Home app tap the thermostat tap Settings .
Select the Device Information.
Choose Technical Information.
