Hi Krystian2,

Thanks for reaching out and for being a step ahead of us. I'd like to take a closer look at it. To confirm, in what country are you located? What is the make and model of your system? Please take a photo of the wires connected to your thermostat and to your system's control board. Ensure that the labels of the wires are visible.

Hi! I am trying to install my Nest Thermostat and I think I am missing the Y wire. My old thermostat has it but it was connected to the old thermostat box itself. Is this normal? What can I do? I also tried to connect a different yellow wire that was not previously connected to my thermostat but it doesn’t detect it either and gives me the N260 error. Thanks for your help!
