&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Clear App Cache and Data:
  &lt;OL&gt;
   &lt;LI&gt;Go to your phone's settings.&lt;/LI&gt;
   &lt;LI&gt;Navigate to the "Apps" or "Application Manager" section.&lt;/LI&gt;
   &lt;LI&gt;Find and select the Nest app.&lt;/LI&gt;
   &lt;LI&gt;Clear the cache and data for the Nest app.&lt;/LI&gt;
  &lt;/OL&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Uninstall and reinstall the Nest app.
  &lt;OL&gt;
   &lt;LI&gt;Uninstall the Nest app from your phone.&lt;/LI&gt;
   &lt;LI&gt;Reinstall the Nest app from the app store.&lt;/LI&gt;
   &lt;LI&gt;Log in with the new Gmail account you created.&lt;/LI&gt;
  &lt;/OL&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Try the "Sign in with Nest" with your old account and the Sign in with Google with your Google account.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;To reset the sensor, remove the batteries for at least 5–10 minutes and make sure to restart the Nest Thermostat first before attempting to add them in the app.&lt;/LI&gt;

      <title>Nest Thermostat sensoir</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;need help on my Nest thermostat sensoir,&amp;nbsp; i have set this up before goggle have merge with nest.&amp;nbsp; I ahve use my aol.com to connect the my home thermostat and the nest senoir, when goggle merge with nest, i got a email to creact a new login with gmail. everything was tranfer to the gmail account.&amp;nbsp; dont know what happen the app have crash and i no assiet on my phone. so i just reset my home nest themostat and try to login with origanal account with the aol and the second accont with the gmail,&amp;nbsp; it will not loging so i have to creat a new gmail account to hav asset to my home thermostat. now i try to add my nest senoir and it telling me that it still login in my old account. how can i delete the old account on the nest senoir when i cant even login.&amp;nbsp; i try to goggle information online, they are asking $ 75 for reapair or membership fee. sinse nest and google dont have a hot line that you can call to fine out what to do the fix this matter. Can goggle tell me how to fix this, have the entry keys to 3 of my Nest sensoir but dont know how to reset them when i can't even login on my old account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Craig&lt;/P&gt;</description>
