Hello Jac75,

Sorry to hear about the trouble you're experiencing with your Nest Thermostat after getting a new WiFi router. I understand when things don't work as expected, especially after a change in equipment. Let's sort this out.

Before resorting to purchasing a new product, let's try a few troubleshooting steps to see if we can get your Nest thermostat paired with your heating again:

Perform an Account Connection reset in your thermostat's reset settings. This will allow you to unlink an account and disconnect it from the old network.

Remove the thermostat in the Nest app and reconnect the thermostat to your new Wi-Fi network manually.

Proceed with the Nest App option in the thermostat and add it to the app.

I hope this helps you get your thermostat back online. Let us know if you need more help.

Best regards,
Mark

Hi I got a new wifi router today and I can't get my nest to pair with my heating. I have been told by nest support to go buy a new product as they are no longer any good. They were working fine until I changed wifi provider. Any suggestions before I have to go to this expense.
