      <description>&lt;P&gt;I, too, am trying to get a return shipping label to send back my defective thermostat but haven't gotten a return shipping label.&amp;nbsp; The customer support sent me to a site where you could print a label, but it was for returns that were purchased through the store. I just want to make sure it gets to the right place for defective items! Case number&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;9-3583000036088.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

At the bottom of the email, you'll find a PDF you can print for your thermostat return. If you receive a QR code instead, bring it to your preferred carrier for scanning and device return.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
