      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've read a lot or issues here and others getting the W5 Error like myself.&amp;nbsp; I have tried all the trouble shooting, resetting the Thermostat, rebooting my router, Phone and App connection etc., many many times.&amp;nbsp; Nothing is working.&amp;nbsp; How do I get Google to replace my Thermostat ?&amp;nbsp; Not easy to find the solution.&amp;nbsp; Please advise.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
