Google Nest shows incompatible in Google Home app, but should be fine.

My current thermostat has no thick wires or high voltage connectivity, but when entering in the precise connections I get a message saying Nest is incompatible. Any suggestions for how to remedy this? Index on my current thermostat shows:

E AUX Y G O L R B C

L and B do not have a wire to their connector.

Your system isn't compatible with the Nest Thermostat (2020 model) which is setup in the Google Home app. You need a Nest Learning Thermostat, which is setup in the Nest app, not the Google Home app.
