Learning Thermostat causing blower fan to turn on, off, then on.

I replaced my Nest Thermostat with a Nest Learning Thermostat, and since the switch the blower fan will turn on then off while the furnace warms up. The fan will then turn back on with a vibrating sound, and work properly. I did not have this issue with the other thermostat.

Only wiring difference is the learning thermostat has a rc and rh (Original just had R), and I have the wire in the rh slot.

Any suggestions?
