Compatible humidifiers

I apologize if I missed a thread this is discussed in. What whole house humidifiers are compatible with the nest learning thermostat. I don't currently have one but would like to make sure what we do get will work correctly.

While there isn't a list of officially compatible whole house humidifiers with Nest thermostats, most common whole house humidifiers are compatible with Nest thermostats if they work independently from your air conditioner and utilize a low-voltage wire for control.
