Hi guddu478

I’m happy to assist you with your thermostat and thank you for your provide me this information, Here are some steps you can perform to troubleshoot the issue:

Double-check the wire connections: Make sure all the wires are securely fastened to the terminals on both the Nest thermostat and your HVAC system.

Perform a factory reset: Try to set up again your thermostat, if you don’t know how to do it consult this article.

Make sure the thermostat is detecting the complete wiring configuration: Go to your thermostat and choose the option settings > equipment > wiring info, and take a look if the thermostat is detecting all the wires.

Best regards,

Daniel
