    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I recently switched my Honeywell thermostat for a Nest 3rd gen and now my system turns on the heat and I believe the outside compressor at the same time.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My Honeywell unit had a pink jumper wire from W2 to Y2 and also a jumper between the Rc and R.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Advise please!! &amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
