There seems to be so many problems with getting refunds from Google. I’m in the same position Google won’t reply to my messages and they won’t give me my refund from calling out and replacing the nest heat link. What should I do?

I have emailed this five times over the last three week. No one has even bothered to reply. It’s shocking that such a simple query has taken so many hours of my life to sort out. Looking at the community this has happened numerous times and needs to be looked it.
