Hello there Jonh60.
Sorry to hear about the trouble with your heating system. Let's work together to find one solution to get your heat back on quickly.

Here are a few steps you can try:

First things first, ensure the Heat Link itself is switched on. Many models have a small on/off button – double-check that it's in the "on" position.
If the power seems good and you're comfortable with it, try a power cycle on the Heat Link. Turn off the power to the Heat Link for a few minutes, then turn it back on. This can sometimes reset any minor glitches.

Lastly, electrical work can be tricky. Did you have any recent electrical work done in your house, or maybe a power surge? Sometimes that can cause loose connections or wiring issues that affect the Heat Link.

Share with us if these steps were helpful or if you still have no response on your Heat Link. We are happy to follow your process to find a solution.

Best wishes,
Douglas.
