I can hear the heat link box click but heating not coming on. Will come on if input on manually

Thanks for reaching out. I'll do my best to get this resolved for you.

Have you had any work done on your electrical or heating systems recently?
When did this issue happen? How long after the installation?

If the boiler activated while you pressed the Nest button on the Heat Link ( in manual mode ) and you also heard the click sound while turning off/on the heating from the thermostat display, you might have a stuck heating valve. I recommend to reach out to a local installer or a Nest Pro to take a look at it.
