I keep getting WiFi connection error nest.com/w5. I have completed all trouble shooting as advised including restarting both Router and thermostat itself without success. I see this is a common issue for many. Any advice to getting this fixed? I have 3 others in my home that work just fine. Any help appreciated.

Wifi chip faulty, depending on the age of the stat [how old], the best solution return to retailer and ask for replacement.
