White Vertical Lines on Display

I have dual white vertical lines down the center of the display. Not sure when they started because we rarely touch the actual thermostat. We use our phones. HVAC guy mentioned them.

Have done factory reset and they persist. They are there from boot. Firmware 1.3-10.

What is the fix?

Yeah... probably my fault on finding the form. I use both Hotmail (primary) and gmail (because Hotmail gets so much junk). I also use both my first and middle names. You can blame my parents for that.

Look for the back-to-back "Dual white lines" emails. I also hit "send" too quickly and had to send a follow-up with the thread link.
