Hi,

Hoping you can help. I have had my nest thermostat for about 4 years now and one day, the screen just went blank and I havent been able to use the nest since. I have gone through the troubleshooting guides and tried charging it overnight with my usb cable. I put it back on the wall and the green light was flashing for about half an hour so I followed the restart instructions and pushed the screen down for 10 seconds and still nothing.

So I have taken it off the wall and plugged it back in to charge and now the light is flashing red - so does that mean it wasnt fully charged after all? It was charging overnight for about 10 hours so I find it very hard to believe that the battery is still drained! Would appreciate some help please!
