Nest thermostat AC turn on and immediately turn off

Good evening, I would need some help. I switched to a nest thermostat in the winter and after struggling I was able to make it work. Now is summer and the AC will turn on, and immediately will turn off and a 2 minutes timer will start and will repeat the circle. I jumped Y - R and confirmed blower works fine. Any help would be appreciated.

Recent Changes: Have there been any recent changes to your HVAC system or electrical wiring before you noticed the problem?
Error Messages: Are you seeing any error messages on the Nest thermostat display?
Maintenance: When was the last time that you did maintenance on your Nest Thermostat?
