looking to see if anyone can help ? I have followed the instructions via ChatGPT but I’m not getting any heating when I press the button or via the app . Can you please help

Thank you for posting here in the community. I'm sorry that your thermostat doesn't turn on your heating. I understand this could be frustrating, especially if you already set up the heat link, but it doesn't work. Help´s here.

For this concern, please follow the link to manually control heating when Heat Link is disconnected. There are a few options to try to isolate the issue.
