My google nest thermostat E is not connecting to the wifi, and giving the code W5.

I have tried to restart the thermostat and it still gave the same error code.

What can I do?

Is your Nest thermostat still linked to the Nest app?
Can you access the thermostat settings? If yes, if you can, please share the battery readings, VOC, and VIN by going to Settings > Technical info > Power.
