Nest Thermostat lost fan settings after reset

I have a Nest Learning Thermostat. I needed to change the WiFi and reinstall the app on my phone. I was unable until I reset the thermostat and now the Fan Setting is gone. How do I get the fan setting back on? AC just isn't doing it's job without the fan. The fan setting has been there since installation a few years ago and worked fine. Totally gone after reset. Thank you so much for any help.
