Heat link not working

We have a nest thermostat & heat link. The heat link is completely unresponsive - no lights at all. How can we get it replaced?

Check the Heat Link:

Press the button on the Heat Link and see if any lights come on. This will give us a clue about its power status.

Verify Power:

Ensure the circuit breakers controlling the Heat Link and your HVAC system are flipped to the "on" position.
Try turning the breakers off for a few seconds and then back on to reset them.

Restart the Heat Link:

If there are still no lights after checking the power, hold the button on the Heat Link for about 10 seconds. You should see it begin to restart.

Look for LED Status:

Once the Heat Link restarts, check the LED status light. A specific color might indicate the issue (consult your Nest manual for LED color codes).

Thanks for your reply. We have tried all of those steps but the Heat Link is completely unresponsive: no lights come on after pressing the centre button for 10+ seconds, nor after the power has been reset.

I suppose the easiest question is how old is the thermostat, as you ask how to get replaced?

Does the Heat Link have the words ''Nest'' written on the centre button?

You ask about being replaced, that depends on the age.

Where are you located, UK?
