I recently updated my broadband provider and have since been having problems with my Nest. I successfully updated the settings and both my thermostat and HeatLink are connected, but the heating is on permanently.

Troubleshooting steps so far (without success):

Factory reset thermostat

Restarted HeatLink

Checked heating schedule (hot water scheduled to come on, but heating not scheduled)

Learning themostat mode off

Checked Eco mode heat setting

Put thermostat in both eco mode and Heat off, but heating fires on both settings

I’m at a loss, and currently have the boiler off altogether, but am having to switch it on every couple of days to get hot water.

Setup: Glowworm Combi Boiler + Gledhill unvented cylinder

HELP!

Try this to comfirm he Heat Link is working. Turn the display to low ie 10, then turn the display up to call for heat say 27, and listen for a click at the Heat Link. By turning the display up and down you should hear a click noise. You may need 2 people depending how fay the 2 are away.
