The compressor outside turns on, the air-circulating fan turns on, then the air-circulating fan goes off after about 30 seconds and the compressor continues to run. The fan does not come back on. I can't even turn the fan on with the 'fan' setting on the app. The little fan icon on the app screen is turning but no fan.
