Wiring help with Worcester Combi boiler / Nest Thermostat E

I think our wiring may be incorrect for a newly installed Worcester Bosch Greenstar Combi boiler with a Nest Thermostat E.

Heating via Thermostat works perfectly but hot water doesn’t activate ( turning tap on ) when heating is off.
If heating / water is switched on via Heat-link – works fine.

Can you assist please?
