App shows like it's 62 degrees but on the thermostat it says current temperature. I can't turn on my AC because it's supposedly 62 in here but it's really 72. Please fix the nest app.

Im having a similar issue. I keep adjusting the cool temp to 65 but it keeps saying a default of 76. I have no routine set up and I turned off the auto schedule economy mode. How do I get it to stay at 65 regardless of whether or not I’m home. It’s hitting 100 where I’m at and I have a dog in my house. I don’t want it higher than 70
