Temperature keeps going back to comfort

I am using presence sensing based off of my phone. When I leave, the thermostat goes into economy mode as expected. It will return to the normal temp before I come home. I want it to stay at economy temp until I return.

What is the model of your thermostat?

Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:

Set up Home & Away Routines: You can adjust your Nest thermostat to the right temperature when the last person leaves and when the first person returns. Follow these steps to Set up Home & Away Routines.
Check your Presence Sensing: This can help your home devices adjust to your needs when you are home or away. Follow these steps to learn about presence sensing and how to manage your data.
Double-check Nest phone location: Use your phone’s location to help tell when you’ve left home and when you’ve returned. Visit our Help Center to learn more about Nest phone location.

Model: Thermostat-1.4

presence sensing is configured with home and away routine. It works when I leave by going into eco mode. But the. An hour later it will go back to comfort temps. My phone shows as away

Factory reset Home/Away: Reset your thermostat to clear your personal settings. Follow these steps to Reset your thermostat.
