Humidity nest wrong

My nest thermostat it shows the wrong humidity and it will not change even I have AC on. We have the latest software. Can someone help. Many thanks.

To provide you with better assistance, I’d like to know:

What type of thermostat do you have?

In the meantime, you can reseat the thermostat display by following these instructions:

Remove the thermostat display from its base for about 5 seconds.
Reattach the display.
Wait for 10 seconds.

Please let me know if, after that, the humidity readouts return to normal.
