Nest app connectivity issues

I don’t have a WiFi issue. But my nest app no longer connects to my thermostat. I’ve spoken with Xfinity, Google, Apple, Nest, and my A/C technician. No one can resolve my issue. I’ve followed nest troubleshooting MANY times with no success.
Does anyone have an idea what to do?

I have filled out forms and explained my issues over and over and over and over again.
